Hellooo, who loves a little rosé in the summertime? Or anytime? WELL, let’s take it to a whole new level with this incredible frosé recipe. This is the thing about this frosé recipe – you can really make it your own depending on what your tastebuds are telling you. You can sub out the fruit, syrup, juice, really whatever you want! Follow this to the T or don’t, it will be delicious because how can a wine slushy not be?!
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle rose (I used “Pregame” from Winc, of course)
- 10oz frozen strawberries (I ended up using 12oz)
- 1/2 cup simple syrup
- 2oz lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Add all of your ingredients into the blender.
2. Blend really well, for about 30 seconds on high.
3. Put the blender in the freezer for about 1 to 2 hours to achieve slushy consistency.
4. Pour into chilled glass.
5. Garnish with lemon and mint. I also topped mine with edible rose petals from Amazon but that’s because I’m a little E X T R A.
6. My go to line – LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE with this frosé recipe!
**HOT TIPS**
- Put it in the freezer for longer if you want a slushier texture. Some frosé recipes will tell you to freeze the bottle of wine the night before but…aint nobody got time for that.
- Chill your glasses beforehand so that they are cold and FROSTY.
Substitutions:
- strawberries > raspberries or peaches
- lemon juice > lime juice
- simple syrup > honey, agave, granulated sugar
What I used:
- Stemless wine glasses from CB2.
- This Ninja Blender that we are obsessed with and use all the time.
- These metal straws.
