We are back in action people! I took a few weeks off and I swear I thought about this blog every single day. It was one of those things where…you have so many things to do and don’t know where to start so then you end up not doing any of them. Is that just called being extremely overwhelmed?! Lol. Regardless, life gets in the way sometimes and I want to be easy on myself and not feel so guilty for not posting anything but it’s hard. That being said…I am extremely excited to share this pineapple habanero margarita recipe with you all because we tested out a few different versions and landed on this.
Also, if you love margs and aren’t into spicy ones, check out my Blood Orange Mint Margarita. It’s bomb.
Ingredients:
- 2oz tequila
- 1oz triple sec
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 habanero Chile
Instructions:
1. Blister your habanero first and let it sit for a few minutes.
2. Add all ingredients to your shaker, including the habanero.
3. Shake.
4. Pour over ice and garnish with lime pineapple slices.
!!! HOT TIP !!!
If you like your marg extra spicy and you have some extra time, blister your habanero and add it to your tequila only (no ice) and let it infuse for 30 minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients.
